- ½ romaine lettuce
- 45gr of corn
- 200gr of kidney beans
- 2tbsp of salad dressing
- 1 apple
1. Dice tomato. Top Romaine lettuce with sweetcorn, kidney beans, and diced tomato. Toss with light dressing.
2. Serve apple on the side.
3. Tips: 45 grams = 1/4 cup sweetcorn
