- 150 gr of mince beef
- 2tbsp of taco seasoning
- 2 corn tortillas
- ¼ romaine lettuce
- ¼ tomato
- 30 gr of cheddar cheese (low fat)
1. In a pan over medium heat, brown ground beef. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning and stir.
2. Shred lettuce and chop tomato. Place ground beef in corn tortillas topped with shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, and cheese.
3. Tip: 30 grams grated low fat Cheddar cheese is ¼ Cup.
