Why are we moving to a new app?

We felt it was important to develop a new bespoke app which meets the needs of the recent developments and the needs of our members. The new app will fully integrate the New Smart and Member Experience.

How do I get the new app?

Your club will let you know when we are moving to the new app and you will receive an email (Curves Europe powered by Sportable) with a link to create a password. When you receive the email, click on the blue “create password” button. A new page will open asking you to create a password and confirm password. Your password should be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one capital letter and at least one number.
After creating your password, you will receive a link to download the app from your app store. Once installed, open the app and enter your email address (the same one the create password was sent to) and enter the password you just created. You won’t be able to open the app until your new password has been created.

I can’t find the email to create a password

If you can’t see the email, check with your coach that the email they have on file is the correct one. Check in your junk email box in case is has been sent to spam.

When I open the email, I just see a blank page

The link in the email is valid only for 7 days so if it is more than 7 days since you received the email, talk to your coach and ask them to resend the invitation.

I have forgotten my password

If you have already followed the link to create a password but you have forgotten your password, simply click on the “forgot password” button. An email will be sent to you with a link to create a new password. Note: this link to create a new password is only valid for 2 hours.
