Curves Jersey has been established for almost 10 years now, during this time we have seen many women transform themselves. Not just by losing weight or getting fitter but with gaining much more energy and confidence to enjoy life and face any difficulties head on with a more positive approach.
We are all passionate about what we do here and get such a great buzz when our encouragement and motivational coaching starts paying dividends. Regular exercise and healthy eating habits should be part of every ones agenda, so many of our members have proved its worth and really enjoy the fact that Curves is designed specifically for women
Our circuit coaches are all trained, ready and eager to help you get on the right path or back on track if you’re struggling to maintain your health and fitness levels. We have the knowledge and ability to motivate you whatever your goals are.
