Curves Reading West is a ladies only fitness facility offering a total body 30-minute workout comprising of cardio and strength training that’s suitable for any age, shape or size women who want to get fitter and healthier in a safe and private environment.
Our Curves coaches are always on hand to motivate you to get the best possible results.
Donna and Louise have owned the club since March 2013 after joining as members and then becoming staff.
We like to be a part of our local community and try to fund raise for local causes when we can.
We love the in-club community spirit with our members becoming friends with us and each other.
