Curves Perth is more than a gym - we are a support network for women of all ages, shapes and sizes. A huge amount of women do not feel confident or comfortable enough to go to traditional gyms and this is where Curves comes in, we provide one to one support for women, we ensure each woman has a goal and is working towards it with her coach.
During our 30 minute strength training circuit you will burn up to 500 calories, plus with our well trained Circuit Coaches - who keep you motivated and focused every time you come in, we guarantee your workout is FUN, FAST and SAFE. We know that life can be hectic sometimes, that is why our 30minutes Curves workout is time for yourself, to focus on your strength and wellbeing. YOU are our priority and we are here to help you get stronger, more confident and feel great about yourself.
