Welcome to Curves Dundee East, my journey with curves started back in 2012 when I became a member. As I was restricted by time and family commitments, the 30 minute workout was just what I was looking for.
The Curves workout combines Strength Training with cardio activity and stretching – all in just 30 minutes – to create lean muscle, raise your metabolism, burn more fat and tone your body.
