Smoked Salmon Sandwich w/ Crunchy Veggies & Almonds
Ingredients (serving 1)
- 30g light cream cheese
- 1 slice whole wheat bread
- 115g smoked salmon
- 2 celery stalks
- 2/3 cucumber
- 15g almonds
1. Cut celery stalks into 3 inch sticks. Slice cucumber.
2. Spread light cream cheese on whole wheat bread and top with smoked salmon.
3. Serve with celery sticks, sliced cucumber, and almonds on the side.
15 grams = 12 almonds
30 grams = 2 tbsp cream cheese
