Ingredients

  • ½ romaine lettuce
  • 45gr of corn
  • 200gr of kidney beans
  • 2tbsp of salad dressing
  • 1 apple

Preparation

1. Dice tomato. Top Romaine lettuce with sweetcorn, kidney beans, and diced tomato. Toss with light dressing.

2. Serve apple on the side.

3. Tips: 45 grams = 1/4 cup sweetcorn
