Banana Nut Oatmel Recipe

  • 1/2 med banana

  • 1/3 cup oatmeal, dry or ¾ cup cooked

  • 7 walnut halves

  • 1 tsp ground  cinnamon

  • 4 fl oz or ½ cup  skim milk (nonfat)



Prepare oatmeal according to package directions with milk. Top with walnuts, banana slices and cinnamon.
